Present Dystopia

Present Dystopia combines immersive visuals, analog technology, and interactive elements to create a space for reflection and dialogue.
Visitors are invited to engage with a vintage TV displaying contrasting images of environmental destruction, social inequality, and political division.
They can leave messages for the future via a rotary phone and record their reflections in a notebook provided on-site.
This interactive art installation seeks to foster empathy and awareness, sparking meaningful conversations about the present state of our world.

This Installation has been very meaningful to me because in the current state of the world, I believe reflection and conversation need to be held amongs us. In time of change, it is important to ackowledge the things that are happening in our community and society and not be ignorant to the realities of the situations that surround us, even if they do not directly affect us.
